Graduated in Editorial Production by ECO-UFRJ, Regina Winarski is specialised in literary translation for published like Suma, DarkSide, Rocco, Arqueiro, Intrínseca and she has lost count of the amount of books published. Although her intuition told her she should work with something involving writing and English, Regina tried to be a Chemical Engineer, gave up and went to study Communications and spent 10 years teaching English classes before she could believe her true happiness was in books. Ever since, she ventured into a great variety of genres, like fantasy, suspense/horror and romance for adults and young adults, from authors like Stephen King, Rick Riordan, George R. R. Martin and Suzanne Collins. She is a compulsive reader ever since she can remember and is owner of the world’s most used copy of “A bolsa amarela”, by Lygia Bojunga, but she really found herself in a Stephan King short story when she was 13.
